We always want our guests at our hotels, restaurants and store to feel safe, even more so during the difficult times of COVID-19. As we re-open our spaces this year, our guests' and team's safety is our highest priority. Below you'll find the updated health and safety guidelines we're implementing at each of our spaces, paying extra attention to social distancing and disinfection. Our Priorities

  • Training Our Teams

    Our highest priority is to keep everyone safe. Our teams are trained to strictly follow health and safety guidelines from the World Health Organization and local governments. Our General Managers and are hotel teams are there to aid everyone in following these guidelines.

  • Sanitizing & Cleaning

    We will have hand sanitizer at key locations in each of our spaces for both guests and employees to use. Our team will also be frequently deep cleaning high traffic areas.

  • Keeping Space

    We are keeping distance between ourselves and others and encourage our guests to do the same with small reminders throughout our spaces and new practices like express check-in and out.

  • Essential Contact

    At our hotels, we will only clean guest rooms before and after guests check out. We won't enter guest rooms unless specifically requested by the guest.
