Brands & Asset Management
Sircle Collection created 10 original hospitality brands, including three hotel brands with 13 locations, three restaurants, a private members' club and a luxury store—all of which we operate as well. We are also proud asset managers of key properties across Europe.

Preferred Development Parameters
The preferred size of a Sircle Collection hotel is between 80 and 300+ rooms, which requires ca. 2,500 sqm to 10,000 sqm gross floor area. Suitable development opportunities include:
- Repositioning/developing of existing hotels
- Redevelopment/change of use of existing buildings (office, retail, etc.)
- Mixed-use schemes
- Greenfield developments (new build)
