Seven North is a collaboration between Sircle Collection and the celebrated chef Eyal Shani, set on the ground floor of our Vienna hotel Max Brown 7th District. Pulling inspiration from mainly Mediterranean, French, German and Italian cuisines, our chefs create pure and surprising dishes meant to be shared. As Chef Eyal says, we hope you “feel free and feel love” in our spontaneous, passionate restaurant.
