Our people are at the heart of everything we do. And on International Women's Day, we're celebrating the incredible women who inspire us and shape the world, including our all-female leadership team.
From our VP of Finance to our VP of Revenue & Sales, and our VP of Brand & Marketing to our Chief of Staff, our executive team is led by a group of women who challenge norms and encourage us to think differently. They've opened doors for more women to join us, both in our hotels and at our headquarters, playing vital roles in guiding our company forward. And as we celebrate this day across our hotels, we hope to inspire and support all the amazing women in our lives.
Here’s what's happening across our properties:
Max Brown Hotels: We’re holding a special screening of the Barbie movie at Max Brown 7th District Theater, the very first female-directed film to gross over $1 billion. With 30 comfy seats and drinks from the Seven North bar, it's the perfect spot to enjoy a cozy night with friends and celebrate International Women’s Day.
Park Centraal: A glimpse into history at Park Centraal Den Haag. Our hotel has a fascinating story dating back to the 1900s. Formerly known as Hotel Pamona, it was an all-woman-owned hotel and the very first vegetarian restaurant. We love sharing this piece of history with our guests, so feel free to ask us more about it during your stay.
Sir Hotels: At Sir Adam in Amsterdam, we're opening our spaces to TEDxAmsterdam Women, a collaborative initiative to amplify women's voices and inspire change through talks and events held right here in our spaces. Keep a lookout for some of the upcoming panels taking place this year.
