After much anticipation, Sir Nikolai opens its doors between Altstadt and HafenCity on Nikolaifleet, one of Hamburg’s oldest canals. Sir Nikolai is artisanal charm at a sophisticated, new standard. The first Sir Hotel in Hamburg and has 94 rooms & suites, IZAKAYA Asian Kitchen & bar and a soon to be opened spa.

The seven-storey Kontorhaus, originally used as a warehouse for seeds, offers beautiful views of the canal and the Old Town, the Speicherstadt and HafenCity or the hotel's inner courtyard. One of the real eye catchers in the hotel is the retractable glass-roofed courtyard, creating a unique open-air dining experience.
A private dining area and a 300 sqm spa, including a gym, a sauna, steam room and treatment rooms on the lower level with views of the canal, will open in the coming months.
